It is prohibited for any person to possess any air gun, air
pistol, spring gun, spring pistol or B-B gun, which impels a pellet
of any kind with a force that can reasonably be expected to cause
bodily harm, in the Township of Upper Darby. The term does not include
paintball gun or marker.

The Superintendent of Police is hereby authorized to seize,
remove and destroy any air gun, air pistol, spring gun, starter guns
and blank guns or any implement not a firearm which impels with force
a pellet of any kind, which shall be used or discharged within the
Township of Upper Darby, or which shall be held and possessed in violation
of this article.

This article shall be enforced by the filing of a non-traffic
criminal citation with the Magisterial District Judge with jurisdiction
over the violation, or as otherwise permitted by the Pennsylvania
Rules of Criminal Procedure. Any person, firm, or corporation who
violates the provisions of this article shall, upon being found guilty
in a summary criminal proceeding, be sentenced to pay a fine of $300
plus any extraordinary expenses of the Township incurred in the prosecution
of the criminal case.

cannon, cartridge, blank cartridge, any explosive substance or mixture
of chlorates or nitrates.
