Pursuant to § 19.89, Wis. Stats., and unless otherwise
provided by law, no duly elected or appointed member of a governmental
body who attends a meeting of a subunit of that governmental body
may participate in that meeting unless authorized by the chair of
that body, board, commission or committee.
