City of Reedsburg, WI Article II Street and Sidewalk Grades

[Adopted as Sec. 8.02 of the former Municipal Codebook]

§ 537-7 Establishment.

The grade of all streets, alleys and sidewalks shall be established by the Common Council and recorded by the City Clerk-Treasurer in his/her office. No street, alley or sidewalk shall be worked until the grade thereof is established.

§ 537-8 Alteration of grades prohibited.

No person shall alter the grade of any street, alley, sidewalk or public ground in the City unless authorized to do so by the Public Works Committee.
