Town of North Brentwood, MD Article V County Dog and Cat Licenses

§ 75-14 County licenses.

Any dog or cat which is four months of age or older kept within the Town corporate limits shall be licensed in accordance with the regulations of the county. The county license tag shall be securely fastened to each animal's choke chain, collar or harness, which shall be worn by the animal other than when on the premises of the owner.

§ 75-15 Unlicensed animals subject to impoundment.

Any unlicensed animal is subject to impoundment pursuant to § 75-5 of this chapter. In addition to meeting the requirements of release in § 75-5 of this chapter, said animal must be promptly licensed before release.
