This bylaw shall be enforced by the Building Commissioner appointed
by the Select Board as provided in the State Building Code.
10.1.1
No permit shall be issued by the Building Commissioner unless
the application for a permit indicates compliance with this bylaw
and any other applicable Town bylaws and regulations, the State Sanitary
Code and the Board of Health regulations, the Planning Board's subdivision
control regulations, and the Wetlands Protection Act, if applicable.
10.1.2
No permit or license shall be granted for a new use of a building,
structure or land which use would be in violation of this bylaw.

No building permit shall be issued by the Building Commissioner
unless the lot on which the construction is proposed has at least
the required minimum frontage on an accepted public way, or on a way
shown on an approved and recorded subdivision plan, or on a way otherwise
qualifying or approved by the Planning Board under the Subdivision
Control Law.
