Building permits are required for all building construction
in the Town of West Stockbridge. Said permits shall be issued by the
Building Commissioner in multiple copies so that one may be given
to the builder, one to the Assessors and the Finance Director, one
to the Board of Health, one to the Planning Board and one to be filed
by the Select Board.
