Commercial vehicles over the gross vehicle weight (GVW) are
hereby excluded from the streets or parts of streets described, except
for the pickup and delivery of materials on such streets.

nearest to their destination or place of work.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions
of this article shall be subject to the penalty prescribed in N.J.S.A.
39:3-84.3 or any successor thereto.
