Any person within the City limits shall not keep or maintain
hogs, horses, cattle, or goats within four hundred (400) feet of any
residence or other dwelling place other than that of the owner, unless
all occupants of residences or dwellings within four hundred (400)
feet agree in writing to the person keeping or maintaining the hogs,
horses, cattle, or goats. A violation of this Section is an ordinance
violation. The fine for a first violation within a calendar year is
fifty dollars ($50.00) plus court costs. The fine for a second or
subsequent violation within a calendar year is one hundred dollars
($100.00) plus court costs.

It shall be unlawful for anyone to bring or allow any domesticated animal on the property of the City Ball Park located at the intersection of W. Perry Street and Hines Avenue. Any violation of the Section shall be punishable as set forth in Section
205.030(A)(2) of this Code.
