In addition to such water and sewage charges, surcharges, penalties
and claims imposed by the Township, there shall be added any additional
costs and/or reasonable attorney fees incurred by the Township and
the same shall be added to the unpaid amount and the aggregate may
be entered as a lien on the property served and collected in accordance
with the provisions of the Municipal Claims and Tax Lien Act, as amended.[1]

Additional
work not specifically listed above shall be billed on an hourly basis.
The hourly rate shall be the applicable rate as agreed upon and billed
to the Township by the Township Solicitor, said rate being $90.
