As used in this article, the following terms shall have the
meanings indicated:
AMUSEMENT
A business with the sale and consumption of liquor on premises
which also offers music (except radio or other mechanical device),
any dancing or entertainment of any sort to the public for profit-making
purposes.

No licensee for the sale of liquor to be consumed on the premises shall permit any music (except radio or other mechanical device), any dancing or entertainment of any sort, unless he or she shall first have obtained an amusement permit per the requirements set forth in Article
I of this chapter.
