Pursuant to Public Laws of 1975, Chapter 217, as amended, and
regulations promulgated thereunder, commonly known as the State Uniform
Construction Code Act, all municipalities of the State are required
to use the Construction Code and subcodes as adopted from time to
time by the Commissioner of the Department of Community Affairs of
the State of New Jersey.
