No accessory building or structure shall be constructed on any
lot prior to the time of construction of the principal building to
which it is an accessory.
Any accessory building must have a zoning permit as well as
a conditional use permit prior to its erection, placement or construction
on the lot.
No accessory building in a residential district shall be erected in any yard except a rear yard, and all accessory buildings shall have setbacks as provided in the
Schedule of Regulations.
