The provisions of § 134.65, Wis. Stats., relating to the sale
or disposition of cigarettes, exclusive of any provision thereof relating
to the penalty to be imposed or the punishment for violation thereof, are
adopted and made a part of this chapter by reference.
The fee for such license shall be as set by the Village Board.
