The B-2 General Business District is characterized by more diversified business types than the Neighborhood Business District and is often located to serve a broader community-wide base, as well as motorists along adjacent arterial streets. The district is intended to create attractive, cohesive commercial areas that take advantage of visibility and accessibility along major streets, but avoiding linear development patterns and providing convenient and safe vehicular access.
Land, buildings and structures in the B-2 District shall be used only for the purposes stated in Table 450-12.02, as follows:
