§ 375-1301 Plan Commission recommendation.

§ 375-1302 Public hearing.

§ 375-1303 Village Board approval.

§ 375-1304 When effective.

§ 375-1301 Plan Commission recommendation.

The Village Plan Commission recommended the adoption of this Land Division Ordinance at a meeting held on the 25th day of November 1986.

§ 375-1302 Public hearing.

The Village Board held a public hearing on this proposed Land Division Ordinance on the 15th day of December 1986.

§ 375-1303 Village Board approval.

The Village Board of Trustees of the Village of Williams Bay concurred with the recommendations of the Plan Commission and proceeded to adopt the Land Division Ordinance at a meeting held on the 16th day of February 1987.

§ 375-1304 When effective.

This Land Division Ordinance shall take effect upon passage and adoption by the Village Board and the filing of proof of posting or publication in the office of the Village Clerk.
