[Adopted as § 10.27 of the 2011 Code]
As used in this article, the following terms shall have the
meanings indicated:
Wild geese, brant, wild ducks, rails, coots, gallinules,
jacksnipe, woodcock, plovers, sandpipers and wild swan.
No person shall feed or participate in feeding any waterfowl
on any property owned by the Village at any time.
The penalty provisions of § 1-4 of this Code shall apply, except the minimum forfeiture upon conviction for a violation of this article shall be $50, together with the costs of prosecution.
