Maintenance Code, 2015 Edition, and any reference to "municipality"
in said code are references to the Township of Robinson.
The Board may, by resolution and without adopting a new ordinance,

provided the same are approved by the agencies of the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania. However, the same revisions set forth herein shall

Any persons, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision
of this article shall be sentence/ordered to pay a fine of not less
than $600 nor more than $1,000 plus costs and, in default of payment
of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 90

If any sentence, clause, section, or part of this article is
for any reason found to be unconstitutional, illegal or invalid, such
unconstitutionality, illegality or invalidity shall not affect or
impair any of the remaining provisions, sentences, clauses, sections
or parts of this article. It is hereby declared as the intent of the
Township of Robinson that this article would have been adopted had
such unconstitutional, illegal or invalid sentence, clause section
or part thereof not been included herein.
This article shall become effective five days after adoption.
