No person having the care, control, custody or management of
any cattle, swine, sheep, goats, chickens, fowl, domestic rabbits
or other domestic animals shall permit or allow such cattle, swine,
sheep, goats, chickens, fowl, domestic rabbits or other domestic animals
to stray or run at large within the limits of the Township.

Any person violating any provision of this article shall, upon
conviction, be subject to a fine of not less than $100 nor more than
$500, a term of imprisonment not exceeding 90 days, a period of community
service not exceeding 90 days, or any combination thereof.
