Unless another penalty is provided in this chapter or in statutes,
any person violating any provision of this chapter shall have a mandatory
court appearance, and upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not
less than $250 nor more than $1,000, a term of imprisonment not exceeding
90 days, a period of community service not exceeding 90 days, or any
combination thereof.
