Albany County, NY Chapter 376 Hunting and Trapping

§ 376-1 Prohibited types of traps.

The use of harmful and lethal traps or devices, including spring-type snapping traps, leg-hold traps, body-gripping traps, or any trap or device that has the potential to maim, dismember or kill an animal shall not be used or set on any land owned by Albany County.

§ 376-2 Scope.

This resolution shall not be construed to limit or prohibit in any way the use of County property for any other legal purpose except as otherwise restricted by the appropriate County official or officials.
