It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 21 years,
while in any premises licensed for the sale of alcoholic beverages
or in any other place, to purchase or have served or delivered to
him or her any alcoholic beverages.

It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 21 years
to purchase, attempt to purchase or request any other person to purchase
for him or her any alcoholic beverages.

It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 21 years
to misrepresent his or her age for the purpose of inducing the sale
to him or her of alcoholic beverages.

It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 21 years
to have in his or her possession, which possession shall include having
in an automobile, any alcoholic beverages.

Any person who violates any provision of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be liable to the penalty provided by Chapter
1, §
1-15.
