The Board of Commissioners of the Borough of Avon-by-the-Sea
hereby desires to fully designate and officially authorize an entity
for the handling of medical emergency and ambulance services for the
Borough of Avon-by-the-Sea.
The Board of Commissioners of the Borough of Avon-by-the-Sea
designates and authorizes the Avon-by-the-Sea First Aid and Safety
Squad Inc., as the official medical emergency and ambulance service
first responder for the Borough of Avon-by-the-Sea.
The Board of Commissioners of the Borough of Avon-by-the-Sea
hereby implements a stipend program for the recruitment and retention
of volunteer members to be administered consistent with the rules
and regulations as resolved by the Board of Commissioners. The stipend
program may be modified and/or terminated by resolution of the Board
of Commissioners.
