Borough of Avon-by-the-Sea, NJ Article VI Medical Examinations

§ 29-18 New employees.

Every applicant for employment in the Borough of Avon-by-the-Sea shall undergo a medical examination to certify the applicant's fitness for such employment. Such examination shall be conducted by a physician designated by and paid for by the Borough.
