As used in this section:
The Official of the Borough of Avon-by-the-Sea designated
to enforce the provisions of the Land Use and Development regulations
of the Borough of Avon-by-the-Sea adopted pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1
et seq.
Appointment as Zoning Officer of the Borough of Avon-by-the-Sea
shall be made annually by the Mayor of the Borough of Avon-by-the-Sea
and confirmed by the Board of Commissioners.
The appointment of the Zoning Officer of the Borough of Avon-by-the-Sea
will be for a period of one (1) year (January 1 through December 31)
annually.
In his absence, the Building Subcode Official shall serve as
the Zoning Officer.
