Authorization is given hereby for the employment of such persons
as may be necessary to apply and enforce the provisions of this chapter,
including the obtaining of such supplies and provisions as shall be
necessary.
The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to cancel forthwith
and without refund any privileges granted under this chapter for the
violation thereof.
Any person losing his badge shall lose the rights and privileges
to which the badge entitled him, except that the holder of a broken
badge bearing the registration number thereon may have it replaced
without charge.

Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be liable to the penalty provided by Chapter
1, Section
1-15.

There is hereby established the position of Beachfront Supervisor.
The person so appointed to said position shall hold the same during
the summer months only and the appointment shall be made each year
by the Board of Commissioners at such compensation as they may deem
appropriate. The Board of Commissioners shall also determine and fix
the terms and conditions of such employment and the duties of the
position which shall include, in general, supervision of the entire
beachfront operation of the Borough such as lifeguards, badge checkers,
cashiers, beaches and the municipal pool, together with such other
duties as may be determined.

The Beachfront Supervisor shall have full authority to enforce
this chapter and may exercise said authority through his or her staff
including, but not limited to, lifeguards, gate attendants, and such
other personnel as may be employed by the Borough and under the supervision
of the Beachfront Supervisor.
