A. 
No person shall use Sylvan Lake, in the Borough of Avon-by-the-Sea, or the lands immediately surrounding Sylvan Lake for any purpose contrary to the peace, health, welfare or comfort of any other person in the area.
B. 
Included in such prohibited use, but not in limitation thereof, are the following:
(1) 
Entering into the waters of the lake for swimming, bathing or similar recreation.
(2) 
Using any motorized vehicle.
(3) 
Interfering with the wildlife in the area in any manner, including trapping.
(4) 
Using the frozen surface of the lake, except when the Director of the Department of Public Safety or the Chief of Police shall indicate by appropriate devices that the surface or indicated portions thereof are safe for ice activities.
(5) 
Dumping of any substance into the lake.

Any person who violates any provision of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be liable to the penalty provided by Chapter 1, Section 1-15.
