N.J.S.A. 26:2C-1, et seq. and N.J.A.C. 7:27-1, et seq. as may be
amended and supplemented, are hereby adopted by reference as though
the entire provision of N.J.S.A. 26:2C-1 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 7:27-1,
et seq., were set forth verbatim and at length herein.
B.
The Enforcement Agency shall be the Passaic County Department of
Health.
