In accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:4-197, the following municipal and Board of Education property shall have the movement of traffic controlled by the type of regulation indicated. No person shall operate or park a vehicle in violation of the regulations indicated.
a. 
All vehicles must park only in designated areas and between the lines provided.
b. 
Handicapped Parking. All stalls shall be 12 feet wide as shown on the site plan[1] and signed with R7-8 (Reserved Parking with penalty plate), in the designated parking areas for persons who have been issued the handicapped parking permits by the Division of Motor Vehicles.

All vehicles must park only in designated areas and between lines if provided. Parking in any other manner, including on grass, shall be prohibited unless in accordance with one of the following exceptions:

Parking and overflow parking specifically sanctioned by the Holmdel Township Recreation Department and/or Police Department.
2. 
Horse trailer parking located in the field in front of the Main House.
b. 
Handicapped Parking. All stalls shall be 12 feet wide and signed with R7-8 (reserved parking with penalty plate), in the designated parking areas for persons who have been issued the handicapped parking permits by the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission. The Township may, in its discretion, also add temporary handicapped parking spaces as part of temporary or overflow parking.
c.

The provisions of Subsection 13-1.11 shall be made applicable to Bayonet Farm, except to the extent that a vehicle or ATV owned and operated by the Township of Holmdel is utilized by a Township employee.
