§ BH3-1 ENFORCEMENT OF SANITATION IN RETAIL FOOD ESTABLISHMENT AND FOOD AND BEVERAGE VENDING MACHINES OF THE NEW JERSEY STATE SANITARY CODE.

Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 8:24-1, Sanitation in Retail Food Establishment and Food and Beverage Vending Machines as adopted as new State rules by R. 2006 d.430 effective January 2, 2007 shall be enforced in the Township. A copy of said code is annexed hereto and made a part hereof without the inclusion of the text thereof herein.
