Copies shall be made available for purchase upon the payment
of fees in accordance with N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq. as follows:
a.
Copies of Records.
1.
Fees will be assessed in accordance with N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.b - except
that the first 9 pages of standard sized (8.5 X 11, 8.5 X 14, and
11 X 17) sheets will be provided at no charge - plus postage if applicable.
2.
Color Copies. Actual cost plus pickup/delivery fee when applicable.
(Note: an in-house color copier is not available.)
3.
Large Format or Unusual Size Prints: (Note: copies that exceed 11
inches by 17 inches cannot be provided in-house.) Actual cost of duplicating
and pickup/delivery fees.

Audio record of meeting (per tape or disc): actual cost of tape
or disc plus postage when applicable.

Vital Records:
Certified copies of vital record: $10 per certificate (includes
marriage, civil union, domestic partnership, birth, death)
e.
Special Service Charges:
1.
If a request for a record warrants a special service charge under
OPRA, that amount will be communicated to the requestor as required
under State Statute.
