Be it ordained, by the Township of Hope Board of Health, County
of Warren, State of New Jersey, that, pursuant to the Public Health
and Sanitation codes adoption by reference, enact, N.J.S.A. 26:3-69.1,
et seq., the Board does hereby enact and adopt the Public Health Nuisance
Code of New Jersey (1953) as follows:

The Code is hereby adopted in its entirety with the exception
that subparagraphs (e), (f) and (g) of Paragraph 2.1 are deleted in
their entirety. A copy of said Code, as amended, is annexed hereto
and made a part hereof without the inclusion of text.

Three (3) copies of said "Public Health Nuisance Code of New
Jersey (1953)" have been placed on file in the office of the Secretary
of this local Board of Health upon the introduction of this chapter
and will remain on file there for the use and examination of the public.

Any person who violates, or neglects to comply with any provision
of this chapter or Code established herein or notice issued pursuant
thereto, shall upon conviction thereof, be liable to a penalty of
not less than five ($5.00) dollars and not more than one hundred ($100.00)
dollars for each violation.
