No person shall at any time place or use a boat of any kind
or type in or on the waters of Lake Lily.

No person shall at any time in, on or surrounding the waters
of Lake Lily hunt for, take, kill, pursue or molest with a gun or
any firearms of any kind or character or with hounds or with bow and
arrow any wild bird, animal or fowl; or attempt to take by means of
a trap or set a trap for any fur-bearing animal; or take or attempt
to take fish by the method commonly known as "angling" with a hand
line or rod and line or by net or explosives.

It shall be unlawful to hunt with firearms or bows and arrows
or to discharge firearms or bows and arrows on any lands within the
limits of the Borough, provided that the prohibition against the discharge
of firearms shall not apply to any duly appointed governmental law
enforcing officer or police officers while such officers are acting
in the line of duty.
