It is the natural beauty of the Borough of Cape May Point, which is one of its many attractions to residents and visitors.
There is little land left in the Borough which has not been developed.
The Borough of Cape May Point is the owner of a number of lots which fit this category and it is the desire of the Board of Commissioners to restrict them to their natural state in order that they remain so for the benefit of the Borough, its residents and visitors.

The following lots owned by the Borough of Cape May Point are restricted to their natural state which means and includes the soil and covering which now covers them for now and in future unless said restriction is removed by further ordinance of this Borough:
