No person shall operate a motor vehicle upon any sidewalk in the Borough; nor shall any person operate a motor vehicle across any sidewalk except in order to gain access to or egress from a driveway or alley at such locations where the curb, if such sidewalk is curbed, shall have been depressed for the purpose.
The speed limit for both direction of traffic along the highways or parts thereof described below is hereby established at the rate of speed indicated:

It shall be unlawful for the operator of a motor vehicle to make a U-turn on any street within the Borough limits of the Borough of Green Lane.
The intersections described below are hereby established as stop intersections, and official stop signs shall be erected in such a position upon the first-named highway as to face traffic approaching the second-named highway in the direction or directions indicated. All vehicles approaching any such intersection upon the first-named highway, in the direction or directions indicated in each case, shall come to a full stop, within a reasonable distance, before entering any such intersection:

A. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any vehicle upon any highway in the Borough that is under construction, resurfacing or repair, in disregard of any official sign, barricade or notice that the same is closed to vehicular traffic.
B. 
It shall be unlawful for any motor vehicle or motor vehicles designed as commercial motor vehicles, trucks, truck tractors, with or without trailers attached, or combinations of vehicles and/or motor vehicles which have registered gross weight, either separately or in combination, in excess of 7,000 pounds to be driven on any of the following streets:

C. 
In all those instances where highway use is restricted as in Subsection B, above, the restriction shall be clearly indicated by the posting of signs reading "No Trucks" and "Except Local Deliveries" at each point of access to the street upon which the restriction is being enforced.
No motor vehicles, including a motorcycle, pedalcycle, all-terrain vehicle, snowmobile or minibike, shall be operated on any property owned by the Borough of Green Lane.
A. 
Any person who violates any provision of §§ 385-10, 385-12, 385-13, 385-14A and 385-15, hereof, shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of $25 and costs.
B. 
Any person who violates any provisions of § 385-11, hereof, shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of $35. Any person exceeding the maximum speed limit by more than five miles per hour shall pay an additional fine of $2 for each mile in excess of five miles per hour over the maximum speed limit.
C. 
Any person who violates any provision of § 385-14B shall be prosecuted under § 4902(a) and 4902(g)(1) of the Vehicle Code, and, upon conviction, shall be sentenced to a fine of $150 plus $150 for each 500 pounds, or part thereof, in excess of 3,000 pounds over the maximum allowable weight and costs.
