Pursuant to and in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40:14B-6, the Woodstown Sewerage Authority is hereby reorganized as a municipal authority and hereafter shall be organized as a public body corporate and politic existing under and by virtue of the Municipal and County Utilities Authorities Law, N.J.S.A. 40:14B-1 et seq. (the "Law").
Pursuant to and in accordance with the Law, there is hereby created an agency and instrumentality of the Borough under the name and style of the "Woodstown Borough Municipal Utilities Authority" (the "Authority").
The Authority hereby created is a utilities authority as contemplated and provided for by the Law, and shall have and shall exercise all of the powers and perform all of the duties provided for by said Law and any other statutes heretofore enacted and applicable thereto, and all amendments and supplements hereafter enacted thereto.
Pursuant to and in accordance with the Law, the Authority shall consist of the members of the previously created sewerage authority holding office at the time of reorganization, together with successors in such membership appointed as if said sewerage authority had originally been created pursuant to Section 4 of the Law.[1]

After adoption, a copy of this chapter duly certified by the Clerk of the Borough shall be filed forthwith by said Clerk in the office of the Secretary of State of the State of New Jersey, proof of which shall be deemed conclusive evidence of the lawfully and properly created, organized and established municipal utilities authority.
