Be it ordained by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Woodstown, in the County of Salem and State of New Jersey:

Pursuant to the provisions of the Sewerage Authority's Law, N.J.S.A. 40:14A-1, et seq., there is hereby created a public body corporate and politic under the name and style of the "Woodstown Sewerage Authority."
The Woodstown Sewerage Authority hereby created is a sewerage authority as contemplated and provided for by said Sewerage Authorities Law and shall have and exercise all of the powers and perform all of the duties provided for by said Sewerage Authorities Law and any other statutes heretofore or hereafter enacted and applicable thereto.

The members of the Sewerage Authority may receive compensation for their services. Such sums may be fixed from time to time by a four-fifths vote of the members of the Sewerage Authority, which compensation shall not exceed the sum of $2,000 annually. Such compensation shall be paid from the funds of the Sewerage Authority.
