Be it ordained by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Woodstown,
in the County of Salem and State of New Jersey:
No public garage or gasoline service station shall be open for
business to the public and/or in operation between the hours of 11:00
p.m. and 6:00 a.m. of the following day.
Any person convicted of violating this chapter shall be subject
to a fine not to exceed $500 or imprisonment for not more than 90
days or both.
