§ 87-53 Short title.

This chapter may be known and cited as the "Vehicles and Traffic Ordinance."

§ 87-54 Violations and penalties.

Unless another penalty is expressly provided by New Jersey Statute, every person convicted of a violation of § 87-44 or any supplement thereto shall be liable to a penalty of not less than $50 nor more than $150 for any single offense or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 days, or both.
