Be it ordained by the Board of Health of the Borough of Woodstown, in the County of Salem and State of New Jersey:
A code regulating public recreational bathing places is hereby adopted pursuant to N.J.S.A. 26:3-69.1, et seq.
The code established and adopted by this chapter is described and commonly known as the New Jersey State Sanitary Code, Chapter IX, Public Recreational Bathing as set forth in N.J.A.C. 8:26-1, et seq. dated May of 1991.
In addition to the penalties set forth in N.J.A.C. 8:26-8.11, any person who violates any provision of this chapter or code may be fined up to $500 and sentenced to 90 days in jail. Each day a particular violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
