Within each zoning district, land and structures shall be used, and structures shall be erected, altered or enlarged only for any of the uses permitted by right, conditional uses or uses by special exception in the particular zoning district in which they are located.

Within each zoning district, buildings and structures shall be erected or enlarged only in accordance with the following standards establishing minimum lot size and width, minimum setback of buildings and structures from lot boundaries, maximum height of buildings and maximum lot coverage by buildings. All dimensions are in feet (ft.), square feet (sf) or percent (%). The following abbreviations are used: AR = Agricultural Residential Zoning District; R = Residential Zoning District; HC = Highway Commercial Zoning District; and LI = Light Industrial Zoning District. PC = Park Conservation Zoning District. Note: One acre equals 43,560 square feet.
