The Board of Supervisors of Brady Township hereby signifies
its intention to add two members to its Planning Commission under
the provisions of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code, Act
247 of July 31, 1968, reenacted and amended by Act 170 of December
21, 1998, P.L. 1329.
The Planning Commission shall now consist of five members, all
of whom shall be citizens of Brady Township.

The Board of Supervisors of Brady Township will appoint the
new members of the Township Planning Commission. The term of office
of the members shall be four years and shall expire on December 31
or until a successor is appointed and qualified, except that the terms
of the members first appointed pursuant to this chapter shall be as
follows: two members shall be appointed for a term of one year ending
December 31, 2001; one member shall be appointed for a term of two
years ending December 31, 2002; one member shall be appointed for
a term of three years ending December 31, 2003; and one member shall
be appointed for a term of four years ending December 31, 2004.
The Planning Commission may, with the consent of the Township
Board of Supervisors, accept and utilize any funds, personnel or other
assistance made available by the county, the commonwealth, or the
federal government, or any of their agencies, or from private sources.
The Township Board of Supervisors may enter into agreements of contracts
regarding the acceptance or utilization of the funds or assistance
in accordance with the governmental procedures of the Township.
All other resolutions and ordinances or parts thereof inconsistent
herewith are hereby repealed.
