It shall be unlawful to erect, construct, alter, repair, convert
or maintain any building or structure, or to use or permit the use
or occupancy of any building, structure or land in violation of these
regulations.

Any person or persons who violate or permit, take part or assist
in any violation of this chapter shall for each and every violation
thereof, and for each and every day that such violation thereof continues,
be subject upon conviction to a fine of at least $100 and not exceeding
$1,250, imprisonment in the municipal or County jail for a period
not exceeding 90 days, or by a period of community service not exceeding
90 days.

The Mayor and Council may amend, change, modify or repeal the
regulations and boundaries of districts herein established as provided
by law.

If any article, section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase
of this chapter is for any reason held to be unconstitutional or invalid,
such decision shall not affect the remaining portions of this ordinance.
The Mayor and Council hereby declare that they would have passed the
ordinance and each article, section and subsection thereof irrespective
of the fact that any one or more of the articles, sections, subsections,
sentences, clauses or phrases may be declared unconstitutional or
invalid.

All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with the
provisions of this chapter are hereby repealed.

This chapter shall take effect after final approval and publication
as required by law.
