of Ordinances)]
The creation of a municipal authority under the Municipal Authorities
Act[1] of Pennsylvania is hereby authorized. Said Authority,
when created, is to have all of the powers and duties of a municipal
authority and shall be authorized to act in any capacity and perform
any necessary steps or operations in the construction of a sanitary
sewer system within the said Township.

The filing of Articles of Incorporation for said Authority is
hereby authorized. Said Articles shall contain the name of the Authority,
the name of the municipality creating the Authority, the names of
the Supervisors of North Franklin Township, the names, addresses,
and terms of office of the first members of the Board of the Authority,
and such other information as is required by law.
