The Duties of the Borough Clerk:
To maintain a record of all ordinances;
To keep the minutes of the Governing Body;
To have custody of the seal of the municipality and all papers
and records thereof;
To process, record and file all Resolutions;
To record and file the Municipal Budget;
To record bids for municipal equipment;
To administer and record oaths of office;
To issue licenses;
To furnish data to the public media;
To purchase supplies and equipment, when required;
To receive and file bonds and insurance policies;
To maintain personnel records;
To direct correspondence and inquiries for action to various
municipal departments;
To conduct business with other municipal departments as directed
by the Governing Body;
To supervise all employees and personnel assigned to the office
of the Borough Clerk;
To perform such other or additional duties as may be required
by the Governing Body of the Borough of Woodbine.
