A.
No person shall picnic in any portion of a public street or right-of-way
adjacent thereto, which includes, but is not limited to, the public
sidewalk area. "Picnicking" is defined as the gathering of two or
more people standing or sitting at a location while consuming food
or drink.
B.
Anyone violating this provision shall be subject to a fine of $250
and two days' community service.
