(a) 
An application for final approval of a site plan that has received preliminary approval may be made within the time limited under section T10B-131.
(b) 
The applicant shall submit to the administrative officer for final approval by the Planning Board six copies of the application, each of which shall include the final site plan and such supplemental documentation as is required by Divisions 7 and 8 of this article. The final site plan and documentation shall be in accordance with the preliminary site plan, incorporating, however, all changes or modifications required by the Planning Board in connection with preliminary approval.

The application shall be reviewed by the municipal engineer and, in cases involving surface water drainage facilities pursuant to section T10B-227, by the storm drainage engineer, who shall report in writing to the Planning Board and to the applicant as to the application's compliance with the requirements for final approval.

The Planning Board shall grant final site plan approval if it finds that the detailed plans, drawings, specifications, estimates and the documentation of the application conform to the standards established by this article for final approval and to the conditions for preliminary approval. Otherwise it shall deny final approval.
