(a)
Offices of professionals, limited to accountants, attorneys,
medical doctors, dentists and optometrists, professional planners,
environmental consultants, authors, architects, licensed professional
engineers, psychologists, chiropractors, speech-language pathologists,
and podiatrists; provided that there shall be no external evidence
of such use other than professional nameplates, that such use shall
not occupy more than one floor of a building, the remainder of which
shall be devoted to residential use complying with paragraph (b) or
paragraph (c) and that the professional office portion and the residential
portion shall have separate, independent entrances.
(c)
Accessory uses on the same lot with, and customarily incidental
to, any of the foregoing permitted uses.
