The owner, his agent, or employee of the property leased to
a tenant will notify the Tax Collector of the Borough of the name
and address of every such tenant to whom property is leased in the
Borough of Houston.
Said notice will set forth beginning date of lease and the date
of its termination, and will set forth the name and address of the
owner of the property leased.
Said notice will be given to the Tax Collector of the Borough
of Houston within 10 days of the beginning and termination of the
lease.
The Tax Collector of the Borough shall provide a form of notice
which will be made available to any owner of property in the Borough
and such owner, his agent, or employee shall submit the required information
on said form.
Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions
of this article shall be deemed guilty of a summary offense and upon
conviction thereof shall be fined not less than $100 per each offense.
