The fee for an application for appointment of a public defender
shall be up to $200 in accordance with rules and guidelines established
by the Municipal Court.

The fee for marriage ceremony officiating by the Mayor or other
designated Township official shall be as follows:
A. Resident (at least one of the parties) fee: $50.

A. Photocopying
fees. The fee assessed for the duplication of a government record
embodied in the form of printed matter shall be:

(2) More than 19 pages: $0.05 per letter size page
or smaller.
(3) Legal size: $0.07 per legal size page or larger.
(4) Delivery: delivery fees depending upon delivery
selected.
(5) Extras: special service charge dependent upon request.
B. Printing
fees.

(1) The fee for blue printing
of tax assessment maps shall be $2 per sheet 24 inches by 36 inches;
complete sets shall cost $100 each.
(2) The fee for blue printing
of utility maps, filed maps and miscellaneous maps and plans on file
in the office of the Township Engineer shall be $5 each.
(3) The fee for providing a report
of tax and utility transactions on individual property shall be $2
for each report provided.
A charge of $20 shall be made on any check made payable to the
Township of Pequannock, or any of its departments or officials, which
is returned, marked insufficient funds.

A. Advertising rates for the Township
newsletter are as follows:
(1) For a single newsletter issue
the rate shall be $325 for a standard size advertisement measuring
1/16 of a page. Larger advertisements will be calculated as multiples
of a standard size advertisement.
(2) For a yearly rate of a standard
size advertisement to include four newsletters the rate shall be fixed
at $1,200, payable as $300 quarterly. Larger advertisements will be
calculated as multiples of a standard size advertisement.
B. Advertising fees are due 30 days
prior to the newsletter publication date. Advertisements not paid
by the due date will result in the advertisement not appearing in
the requested newsletter issue. Advertisers who fail to submit timely
payments for two advertisements within any four consecutive publications
will be debarred from advertising for a two-year period upon notification
of the same.
C. Advertisers will be accepted on
a first-come-first-served basis until all advertising space is used.
Advertisers who are unable to be served due to space limitations will
be placed on a waiting list until the next available space.
