§ 150-31.2 Marlton Crossing Shopping Center.

Certain intersections within the interior ways of the Marlton Crossing Shopping Center (located within Block 24.21), as indicated on the attached site plan, which plan is made a part of this chapter,[1] are hereby designated as stop intersections.

§ 150-31.3 Bradlees Shopping Center.

Evesham Holding Corporation, the owners of Bradlees Shopping Center, located at 301 Route 70 West in Evesham Township, has filed a written consent through Vornado Realty Trust with the Township of Evesham that various traffic regulations be made applicable to the semipublic roads, streets, driveways and parking lots at the Bradlees Shopping Center located in the Township of Evesham, County of Burlington, and the following regulations shall be enforceable:

All vehicles must park only in designated areas and between the lines provided.

Handicapped parking. All stalls shall be 12 feet wide as shown on the attached site plan[1] and signed with R7-8 (reserved parking sign and penalty place), in the designated parking areas for persons who have been issued the handicapped parking permits by the New Jersey Division of Motor Vehicles.

Parking time limited. No person shall park a vehicle for longer than the time limit between the hours listed on any day, upon any of the streets or parts of streets as described on attached Schedule A - Site Plan:[2]

Unless another penalty is expressly provided by New Jersey Statute, every person convicted of a violation of this section or any supplement thereto shall be liable to a penalty of not more than $1,000 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 90 days, or both.

§ 150-31.4 Manors at Mayfair.

Donald Paparone, President of Paparone Homes of New Jersey, Inc., has filed a written consent with the Township of Evesham that the provisions of Subtitle 1 of Title 39 of the Revised Statutes of New Jersey be made applicable to the semipublic roads, streets, driveways and parking lots at The Manors at Mayfair located in the Township of Evesham, County of Burlington. The Township Council of the Township of Evesham subsequently adopted Resolution No. 51-95 on March 28, 1995, requesting the New Jersey Department of Transportation to investigate the feasibility of establishing Subtitle 1 of Title 39 in the Manors at Mayfair. The New Jersey Department of Transportation has recommended the applicability of Subtitle 1 of Title 39 in the Manors at Mayfair and determined that the following regulations shall be enforceable:

Through streets; stop and yield intersections.

The following streets or parts of streets are hereby designated as through streets. Stop signs shall be installed on the near right side of each street intersecting the through street except where yield signs are provided for in the designation:

The Target Corporation has filed a written consent with the Township of Evesham that the provisions of Subtitle One of Title 39 of the Revised Statutes of New Jersey be made applicable to the semipublic roads, streets, driveways and parking lots at the Target Store located in the Township of Evesham, County of Burlington, and the following regulations shall be enforceable:

General parking.

No person shall stop or stand a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts of streets described below, except in areas covered by other parking restrictions.

Reilly, representing MEND, Inc., has filed a written consent with the Township of Evesham that the provisions of Subtitle One of Title 39 of the Revised Statutes of New Jersey be made applicable to the semipublic roads, streets, driveways and parking lots at the MEND Sharp Road Family Housing Development located in the Township of Evesham, County of Burlington. The Township Engineer has investigated the feasibility of establishing Subtitle One of Title 39 at the MEND Sharp Road Family Housing Development and determined that the following regulations shall be enforceable:

Wenona Trail.

(1)

General parking.

(a)

All vehicles must park in designated areas and between the lines provided within the following off-street parking areas: Crow Court, Cayuga Lane, Seneca Court, Shawnee Court and Mohawk Court.

(b)

No person shall park a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts of streets described below, except in areas covered by other restrictions.

Prime, Esq., representing Sovereign Grace Church, has filed a written consent with the Township of Evesham that the provisions of Subtitle One of Title 39 of the Revised Statutes of New Jersey be made applicable to the semipublic roads, streets, driveways and parking lots at the Sovereign Grace Church property located in the Township of Evesham, County of Burlington. The Township Engineer has investigated the feasibility of establishing Subtitle One of Title 39 at the Sovereign Grace Church property and determined that the following regulations shall be enforceable:
