City of Edgerton, WI Chapter 22 Citations

§ 22-1 Authorized.

A municipal citation shall be issued to all persons violating ordinances of the City of Edgerton.

§ 22-2 Form of citation.

The municipal citation authorized by § 22-1 shall provide for the information required in § 66.0113(1)(b), Wis. Stats.

§ 22-3 Schedule of cash deposits.

[Amended at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. II)]

The cash deposits for the various ordinances for which a citation may be issued are as established on the Deposit Schedule adopted by the City Council, a copy of which is on file with the City Clerk. In addition to the deposit amount listed, the deposit shall include the costs, fees and surcharges imposed under Ch. 814, Wis. Stats.

§ 22-4 Issuance and filing.

Citations authorized under this section may be issued by law enforcement officers of the City of Edgerton.
